The membership is not the medication price

Hims says a prescribed medication plan may be billed monthly or upfront. Its public FAQ does not provide a single medication cost that applies to every eligible member.

Canceling the membership affects active treatment

Hims says canceling the membership also cancels an active medication plan and access to care through its platform. It also says a medication plan can be canceled without canceling membership.

Availability depends on state and eligibility

Hims says its GLP-1 service is not yet available in every US state. A licensed provider reviews each patient before prescribing.

Cancel before the billing deadline

Hims’s terms say to cancel the membership or medication plan at least two days before its next scheduled billing date. The first month of membership is nonrefundable.
